Lesson terms and conditions

The service

One-to-one online Spanish lessons by video call, with materials and follow-up through the platform.

Intro call

The first 20-minute meeting is free and comes with no commitment. It is for getting to know each other, assessing your level and setting goals.

Packages and payments

Lessons are booked individually or in packages, at the published prices for your country of residence or as agreed with María. Payment is made in advance using the agreed method.

Packages must be used within their validity period.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with shorter notice, and no-shows, count as a completed lesson.

If María needs to cancel, the lesson is rescheduled at no cost.

Minors

Booking, payment and scheduling of lessons for minors are handled by a parent or guardian.

Use of materials

Shared materials are for the student's personal use and may not be redistributed.
